Otterbourg Partners Participate in London International Lending Conference

David Morse, Otterbourg partner and co-chair of the firm finance practice, served as co-chair for the 13th Annual International Lending Conference sponsored by the Secured Finance Network (formerly the Commercial Finance Association), held in London on May 21 through May 23, 2019 at the London offices of DLA Piper.
The CFA International Lending Conference has become the premier event for bringing together major players in international secured finance from the U.S., U.K, Europe and the rest of the world.
In addition, to helping organize the conference, Mr. Morse participated in the panel "Arc of the Covenants: Who's in Charge Here?", along with Sabrina Fox, Executive Advisor, European Leveraged Finance Alliance, Nigel Hogg, Regional Credit Manager, Wells Fargo Capital Finance and Jessica Reiss, Head of Leveraged Loan Research, Covenant Review, LLC. The panel was moderated by Jonathan Cooper of Goldberg Kohn Ltd.
Otterbourg partner, Jonathan Helfat participated in the panel titled "Workouts and Insolvencies: Funding the Company in Distress", along with Fiona Kaufman, Director, Deloitte LLP, Peter Klaus, Managing Director, AtlanticRMS Germany and Stefan Nobbenhuis, Executive Director-Financial Restructuring, ABN AMRO. The panel was moderated by Dimitri Karcazes of Goldberg Kohn Ltd.
