Otterbourg Participates in International Lending Conference

Otterbourg partner, David Morse, acted as co-chair for the 8th Annual International Lending Conference sponsored by the Commercial Finance Association and the Asset Based Finance Association held in London on May 6 through 8, 2014 at the London headquarters of Bank of America.
In addition, Mr. Morse moderated the opening panel on the State of the International ABL Market with senior business leaders from RBS, GE Capital, Deutsche Bank, PNC and Wells Fargo.
Other panels at the conference included discussions about sophisticated cross-border lending structures, syndication issues and intercreditor arrangements in the context of multi-jurisdictional facilities.
