A Judges' Chat Across the Rivers

The New York Institute of Credit sponsored a luncheon program titled "A Judges' Chat Across the Rivers" on Thursday, November 7 at the Union League Club, 38 East 37th Street, New York.
The panel was moderated by Otterbourg partner, Melanie Cyganowski, former Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
The women Bankruptcy Judges from New Jersey, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York discussed issues including the importance of mentoring, the impact of sequestration, their personal paths to the bench and the importance of mediation.
