Otterbourg partner and former Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York, Melanie Cyganowski, moderated a panel on bankruptcy ethics at the 2013 Hyde Park Conference held at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Historic Library on September 20, 2013. The panelists included the Hon. Cecilia G. Morris, Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York, the Hon. Sean Lane, the Hon. Robert D. Drain and the Hon. Robert Gerber, each Bankruptcy Judges of the Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York.
