Otterbourg Named New York Financial Services Law Firm of the Year

The award was given based on votes received and examination of the firm's achievements throughout the course of 2012. Voting was by over 90,000 individuals in the global legal and coporate finance community.
The winning of this award reflects the position of Otterbourg as a leading legal advisor for financial institutions in key aspects of their business, including lending transactions, both within the US and internationally, as well as for restructurings, workouts and insolvencies, litigation and other matters, often working with a national and international network of attorneys developed by the firm over the years.
