Otterbourg attorney, David Morse, joined with Richard Kohn of Goldberg Kohn, to provide an update on The Latest Developments in International Secured Transactions Law, as part of the Commercial Finance Association's "Virtual" Advocacy Conference held September 19 through 21, 2012. David and Richard discussed the new Mexican lien registry system, the new Australian Personal Property Security Act, UNCITRAL's latest activities, recent Chapter 15 cases and other matters affecting international lending transactions.
