6th Annual International Lending Conference: Otterbourg Attorneys Lead Panels

Otterbourg attorney, David Morse, was one of the program coordinators for the 6th Annual Lending Conference sponsored by the Commercial Finance Association, the Asset Based Finance Association and the International Factoring Association, held at the London headquarters of Bank of America Merrill Lynch on April 24 through April 26, 2012.  The two day program was attended by over 120 lenders and practitioners from around the world to network and hear presentations on current developments in international financing transactions as well as cross-border workouts and insolvencies.  David moderated panels on the latest alternative deal structures being used by lenders for cross-border financings and legal and practical issues affecting the structuring of a borrowing base for a multi-jurisdictional asset-based facility.  Otterbourg attorney, Jon Helfat, moderated a panel looking at the latest issues in international insolvencies and workouts.
