Otterbourg Attorney Speaks on Cross-Border Lending Panel

David Morse, head of the finance practice at Otterbourg, appeared on a panel titled "Cross-Border Lending: Meeting Your Borrower's Global Needs" at the Asset-Based Capital Conference sponsored by the Commercial Finance Association held in Las Vegas on January 17 and 18, 2012. The panel examined current structuring and syndication strategies for larger cross-border syndicated credit facilities from the perspective of arranger, lender and counsel.
