Otterbourg Presents at International Lending Conference

David Morse, Otterbourg partner and co-chair of the firm finance practice, served as co-chair for the 12th Annual International Lending Conference sponsored by the Commercial Finance Association, held in London on May 15 through May 17, 2018 at the London offices of Mayer Brown.
The CFA International Lending Conference has become the premier event for bringing together major players in asset-based lending from the U.S., U.K, Europe and the rest of the world.
In addition, to helping organize the conference, Mr. Morse presented on current events affecting lending institutions engaged in international transactions, including the impact of US tax law reform on international finance, regulatory developments in the US and Europe on leveraged lending guidance and with respect to the use of LIBOR as the benchmark rate for financings throughout the world.
