Otterbourg Participates in Cross-Border Lending Summit

Otterbourg partner, David Morse, moderated a panel at the Cross-Border Lending Summit held on September 15, 2016 in New York City, sponsored by the Commercial Finance Association.
The Summit involved lenders and professionals engaged in international financing to discuss recent developments and issues that lenders confront.
Mr. Morse moderated a panel titled "Highly Structured--Your Deal is Going Sideways...Now What?!" The panelists included Chris Hudik of Wells Fargo, Bill DiCicco of Bank of America and Michael Black of Norton Rose. The panel reviewed the issues that need to be addressed over the life cycle of a credit with international dimensions in a way that differs from a solely domestic credit.
