Cyber Diligence: How to Vet Your Borrowers

While many companies are beginning to look inward to guard against the growing number of recent cyberattacks, it is also vital that companies take stock of the level of cybersecurity deployed by those with whom they conduct business. 

In particular, lenders may have a particular interest in determining how the cybersecurity practices of their borrowers relates to credit risk.
