Regulators in Action--Leveraged Lending Guidance: The Next Chapter...

The "Interagency Guidance on Leveraged Lending" issued by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on March 22, 2013 posed a significant new set of challenges to regulated financial institutions.

The impact of the Guidance took a dramatic step with the publication by the agencies of "Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for Implementing March 2013 Interagency Guidance on Leveraged Lending" and the "Shared National Credits Program:  2014 Leveraged Loan Supplement" on Friday, November 7, 2014.
