Otterbourg Attorney Speaks at New York American Bankruptcy Conference

Otterbourg partner and chair of its insolvency practice, Scott Hazan, was a panelist at the 14th annual New York ABI Conference held on May 9, 2012 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. The panel "Interest in Interest" focused on a variety of matters related to the treatment of interest in Chapter 11 proceedings, including default interest, "make whole" premiums and "no call" provisions. Scott's co-panelists included Bankruptcy Judge Elizabeth Stong of the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
