Otterbourg Faculty for Asset-Based Lending Advanced Legal Issues Workshop
April 8, 2011
Otterbourg attorney, David Morse, was an instructor at the Commercial Finance Association's 2011 Advanced Legal Issues Workshop. The Workshop consisted of a three-day forum covering a variety of major legal concerns for asset-based lending professionals. Designed specifically for non-attorneys, the Workshop aims to increase participants' working knowledge of the legal principles that affect them as lenders. Combining interactive discussion with both real-life and hypothetical cases, the program covered multi-lender transactions, subordination, fraudulent transfers, bankruptcy, lender liability and many other topics. The program was held from May 2 to May 4, 2011 at 200 Park Avenue in New York City. More information may be found here.
