Otterbourg Attorney Panelist at Annual Thomson Reuters LPC Loan Conference

Otterbourg attorney, David Morse, appeared on the panel "Credit Risk of Loans: Sifting the Wheat from the Chaff" at the 16th Annual Thomson Reuters LPC Loan Conference held Wednesday, September 22, 2010, at the Marriott Marquis in New York City.
Thomson Reuters LPC Loan Conference is a widely attended, well established event in the loan market, that draws more than 500 financial professionals bringing together the key decision makers and participants in the loan market.
The theme this year was "You Say You Want an Evolution: Redefining the Loan Market."
Mr. Morse spoke about the attributes of first lien and second lien debt and how the courts have been intepreting the rights of creditors under intercreditor agreements in recent cases.
