Otterbourg partner, Dan Fiorillo, participated in the panel on "Cross-Border Trends in Distressed M&A Transactions" at the Distressed M&A Deal Forum and Turnaround Atlas Awards Gala held in Chicago on June 17, 2010 organized by the globalM&A network.  The panel covered regulatory and legal issues as well as dealing with cultural hurdles in complex cross-border transactions.
