Partner Valerie Mason Named to Crain’s New York Business Notable Women in Law 2026 List

Otterbourg partner Valerie Mason was named to Crain’s New York Business’ Notable Women in Law 2026 list.
Valerie is a member of Otterbourg’s Banking and Finance department and chair of the firm’s Lender Finance practice group. In selecting her for the list, Crain’s notes that she acted as one of the lead attorneys for a national bank in connection with a $1.1 billion credit facility extended to a specialty lender. It also highlights Valerie’s role representing a leading New York-based finance company in securing a $150 million revolving credit facility.
