David Castleman to Speak at Commercial Receivers Association Annual Conference

Otterbourg P.C. partner David Castleman will be speaking at the Commercial Receivers Association annual conference at the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa in Manalapan, Florida. He will speak alongside Hal Levenberg, partner at Yip Associates, and Anthony Facciano, managing director at Stretto, on Tuesday, August 20, on the panel “What to do with Crypto Assets in a Receivership.” Jonathan Groth, partner at DGIM Law, PLLC, will act as the panel moderator.
Castleman, a member of Otterbourg’s Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Litigation, and Privacy & Cybersecurity Departments, focuses his practice primarily on federal equity receiverships and complex litigation in state and federal courts.
