Scott Hazan participated as a panelist at the American Bankruptcy Institute's Annual New York City Bankrutpcy Conference at the New York Marriott Marquis on May 24, 2010.  Mr. Hazan was be part of the panel "Update on Confirmation Issues".  Topics covered included death trap provisions, gifting plans, third-party releases and whether size matters.
