Richard Stehl participated in a panel hosted by the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys in New York on February 24 to discuss current trends in loan documentation. The panel reviewed developments in provisions that lenders are incorporating into their documentation in response to the ongoing developments of the credit markets.
