Otterbourg Attorney Selected for "40 Under 40" Award

Otterbourg attorney, Jason Miller has been named a Commercial Finance Association 2018 “40 Under 40” honoree for legal services. The awards celebrate the achievements of young professionals who exemplify excellence in their careers and who bring a strong voice and commitment to the commercial finance industry.
Jason concentrates his practice in commercial finance, focusing on asset-based and cash-flow financing. He represents many leading institutional lenders, including major national and international commercial banks, mezzanine lenders, private equity groups and independent factors and finance companies
Besides his transactional work for clients, Jason is an active advisor, lecturer and mentor. He writes and speaks frequently with his articles and client alerts regularly appearing in The Secured Lender and on the CFA’s blog.
Jason is known in the finance community for his professional capabilities and efforts to connect others. In 2014, Jason founded the NY Finance Supper Club, a unique, monthly networking dinner comprised of a rotating invited guest list of mid-level executives in commercial finance, factoring, accounting, valuations and law.
