Otterbourg Attorney Selected as a "Woman of Influence" by Best Lawyers

Otterbourg attorney, Nneoma Maduike, was recognized in Best Lawyers as a “Woman of Influence.”  Nneoma was one of twenty honorees chosen for the honor, and is featured in the “Best Lawyers” Spring Edition. In the magazine, Nneoma describes some of her proudest moments in the workplace – her mentorship of junior female associates and her influence on the firm in advancing diversity efforts, including laying the groundwork to become a founding member in the New York chapter of the Coalition of Women’s Initiative in Law. 

The “Women of Influence” awards recognize women in private and general practice for their outstanding work in their fields. The awards are the result of a collaboration between the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law and Best Lawyers. Coalition member nominate exceptional lawyers; ballots are then evaluated by Best Lawyers publication editors, and final awards were based upon a number of qualitative factors, including number of nominations, votes, nominator feedback, editorial research, and inclusion in the 2017 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America.

Nneoma represents public and private companies in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, and general corporate counsel. She also represents both borrowers and lenders in various financial transactions, including asset-based lending, commercial lending, vendor and equipment finance. She is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law.
