Webinar on Syndicated Asset-Based Lending

David Morse, chair of the Otterbourg banking and finance practice, participated in a panel of experts in syndicated lending in a webinar sponsored by the Commercial Finance Association on October 22, 2015 to provide an overview of key issues involved in loan syndication formation and operation, and an examination of the essential elements of syndicated ABL loan agreements. The program included a discussion of business and legal issues for both lead arrangers responsible for the creation of syndicated ABL facilities, as well as loan syndicate participants and legal experts.
The moderator for the program was Howard Brod Brownstein of The Brownstein Corporation and other panelists included Kavian Boots of U.S. Bank, Dorothy Killeen of Wells Fargo Capital Finance, Jeffrey O. McGeary, Jr. of PNC Capital Markets, Coley McMenamin pf Bank of America Merrill Lynch and William D. Brewer of Winston & Strawn LLP.
