Otterbourg attorneys, David Morse and Jeff Rosenthal were instructors for the Advanced Legal Issues Workshop sponsored by the Commercial Finance Association from Wednesday, October 7 through Friday, October 9, 2015 hosted at the offices of Otterbourg at 230 Park Avenue, New York.
The program involves a unique workshop format where attendees actively participate with exercises modeled on real world circumstances confronted by lenders.
Topics covered included syndicated loan issues, intercreditor arrangements, fraudulent transfers and deal structure and lender liability.
