Otterbourg Partner Speaks at National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges

Otterbourg senior partner, Jonathan H. Helfat, spoke on a panel at the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges "NCBJ" 89th Annual Meeting held in Miami Beach, Florida from September 27 through September 30, 2015.
The panel, Chapter 11 Reform: Considering the ABI Report, discussed issues of concern to the bankruptcy community raised by the recommendations for changes to the Bankruptcy Code in the report of the American Bankruptcy Institute Commission to Study the Reform of Chapter 11.
The panel was moderated by the Honorable Barbara J. Houser, and in addition to Mr. Helfat, included Bob Keach of Bernstein Shur, Jane Vris of Millstein & Co. and Deboarah D. Williamson of Dykema Cox Smith.
