Joined by three other leading commercial finance attorneys, Morse explored the risks lenders will face under the new laws being enacted throughout the EU to address EU Directive CRD VI when a lender is leading or participating in a cross-border financing that includes European companies. The discussion offered listeners valuable insights to consider how to manage their cross-border transactions (whether as a lender, agent or arranger) and be prepared for the legislative and regulatory changes ahead. The discussion was moderated by the head of international asset-based lending at Bank of America.
