Dan Fiorillo and Jim Cretella, partners in the Otterbourg restructuring practice, introduce a new column What Would You Do? in the April 2013 issue of The Secured Lender, the magazine for the asset-based industry.
The column looks at various situations where choosing the correct course of action is not always a clear-cut decision for secured lenders. The authors use a fictious fact pattern to illustrate how gift card claims may impact on the rights of a secured lender in a Chapter 11.
