Mitchell Brand and Andrew Kramer of Otterbourg will gave a presentation on A Practical Guide to Dealing with Troubled Investments at the 2012 Private Equity and Venture Capital Conference held on October 25, 2012 at the FAE Conference Center in New York City sponsored by the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. The subject of the full day conference was “Avoiding the Pitfalls of a Challenging Environment” and was attended by accountants, attorneys, chief financial officers, controllers and other professionals servicing and/or working in the private equity space.
