Otterbourg Attorney Speaks at Cross-Border Lending Summit

Otterbourg partner David Morse participated in a panel at the Cross-Border Lending Summit sponsored by the Commercial Finance Association in New York City on September 27, 2017 discussing the structuring issues in a real-life international transaction.  The discussion focused on the alternative ways to structure a secured financing so as to maximize the potential borrowings for a business with assets throughout the world.

Mr. Morse was joined on the panel by Perry Mandarino of B. Riley & Co., who acted as the advisor for the company in the case study.  The panel was titled "Another Fine Mess...How to Get There with the 'Right' Debt Structure".

The summit was attended by lenders, lawyers, accountants and advisors interested in cross-border secured lending to discuss the latest developments in this arena.
