Otterbourg partner, David Morse, was interviewed in an article titled "Taking the Pulse of Private Debt" that appeared in the April 2017 edition of The Secured Lender, along with other industry leaders discussing the current state of the private debt market, what to expect in 2017 and going forward, the outlook for restructurings and thoughts on a possible shakeout.
