The Changing Landscape of Debtor-in-Possession Financing

Otterbourg partner, Jon Helfat, moderated a panel for the Sixth Annual New York Institute of Credit and Commercial Finance Association Joint Event held on March 28, 2017 in New York City titled "Changing Landscape of Debtor in Possession Financing...it’s probably not what you remember."
The panel explored current real world issues for lenders in dealing with the Bankruptcy Courts to get protections and terms for a financing order when a borrower enters Chapter 11.
