Otterbourg Presents on the Dilemma of the "Modern" Chapter 11 Case

On September 22, 2016, Otterbourg attorneys, Scott Hazan and Jennifer Feeney, gave a webinar presentation titled: "The Modern Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Dilemma."
The program was sponsored by AG Adjustments and had over 100 attendees.
The presentation addressed the challenges of the "modern" Chapter 11 proceeding due to, among other factors, overleverage, shortened decision making time on executory contracts and leases, plan of reorganization proposals,additional challenges to obtain adequate DIP financing and other “modern” bankruptcy factors, including the cash flow impact of supplier claims for goods shipped within 20 days of the commencement of the case.
