Otterbourg Receives Tier 1 Rankings from US News & World Report and Best Lawyers

New York, November 3, 2015--U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers have given Otterbourg P.C. four Tier 1 rankings in the 2016 “Best Law Firms” survey. The survey, which was released this week, ranks Otterbourg Tier 1 nationally in banking and finance law and also ranks the firm Tier 1 in the New York metropolitan area in banking and finance law, corporate law and equipment finance law.
Firms included in the 2016 “Best Law Firms” list are recognized for professional excellence with persistently impressive ratings from clients and peers. Achieving a tiered ranking signals a unique combination of quality law practice and breadth of legal expertise. According to US News & Reports and Best Lawyers, over 21,000 attorneys provided almost 700,000 law firm assessments, and over 8,000 clients provided more than 47,000 evaluations for the 2016 surveys.
The related “Best Lawyers in America” survey honors six individuals at the firm in various practice areas including corporate law, restructuring and bankruptcy, banking and finance, equipment finance law, securitization and structured products law and litigation.
