Otterbourg Partner Moderates Panel at Cross-Border Lending Summit

Otterbourg partner, David Morse, moderated the panel held at the Commercial Finance Association's Cross-Border Lending Summit held in New York on September 17, 2015, titled The Non-Regulated Lender--Opportunities and Relationship Issues.
The panel compared the approach of regulated and non-regulated lenders to the issues arising in multi-jurisdictional secured financing and the challenges and benefits of asset-based lending for each in the international arena.
Panelists included Eli Appelbaum of Gordon Brothers Group, Scott Goodwin of J.P. Morgan and Drew Weisman of Jefferies Finance LLC.
