Otterbourg Named to BTI Client Service A-Team 2015

Otterbourg has been ranked in BTI Consulting’s “Client Service A-Team 2015” report. The annual report provides the definitive ranking of client service excellence for the corporate law firm market.  The rankings focus on those law firms recognized by business leaders for delivering the absolute best levels of client service. 

BTI Consulting derives its rankings based on telephone interviews with leading legal decision makers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. No law firm influences the results, submits nominations, or provides client names to BTI. Of the 650 core law firms serving large and Fortune 1000 organizations, only half are recognized by their own clients for delivering superior service.
